The mailing of the defect component to us is at your own expense.
In case the component is irrepairable you agree to pay a flat fee of 20,00 EUR for the inspection, including VAT but excluding mailing expenses. If you have paid in advance, the advance payment will be refunded less the 20,00 EUR and the mailing expenses!
