How does a repair with you work? What do I need to do?

Very simple:

  1. You choose the appropriate repair in our shop and purchase it.
  2. Afterwards, you'll receive an email with a link where you can decide whether you just want a DHL label or an empty box with packaging material from us.
  3. You send in your device – either using your own packaging or in the empty box from us.
  4. We repair your defective instrument and send it back to you.

How much does the repair cost?

Most repairs have a fixed price, which you can see directly in the shop. If the fault is unclear, we'll provide a cost estimate. You can then decide whether or not you want to go ahead with the repair.

Do I need to remove the device myself?

Yes, either you remove it yourself or have it done at a repair shop. If you're unsure, check YouTube – there are often tutorials available.

How long does the repair take?

  • Speedometer repairs: Usually within 3 days.
  • Navigation repairs: A bit more complex, taking about 1 to 3 weeks.

    You'll receive regular updates by email, so you always know where your device is and when it will arrive back to you.
