Wie läuft eine Reparatur bei euch ab? Was muss ich tun?

Ganz einfach:

  1. Du wählst die passende Reparatur in unserem Shop aus und kaufst sie.
  2. Danach bekommst du eine Mail mit einem Link, wo du entscheiden kannst, ob du nur ein DHL-Label oder eine leere Box mit Verpackungsmaterial von uns willst.
  3. Du schickst dein Gerät ein – entweder mit deiner eigenen Verpackung oder in dem Leerkarton von uns.
  4. Wir repariere dein defektes Instrument und schicke es dir zurück.

Was kostet die Reparatur?

Die meisten Reparaturen haben einen Fixpreis, den du direkt im Shop siehst. Falls der Fehler unklar ist, erstellen wir einen Kostenvoranschlag. Du kannst dann entscheiden, ob du die Reparatur durchführen lassen möchtest oder nicht.

Muss ich das Gerät selbst ausbauen?

Ja, entweder baust du es selbst aus oder lässt es in einer Werkstatt machen. Falls du dir unsicher bist, schau mal auf YouTube, da gibt es oft Anleitungen.

Wie lange dauert die Reparatur?

  • Tacho-Reparaturen: Meistens innerhalb von 3 Tagen.
  • Navi-Reparaturen: Etwas komplexer, dauer etwa 1 bis 3 Wochen.

Du bekommst regelmäßige Updates per Mail, damit du immer weißt, wo dein Gerät ist und wann es wieder bei dir ankommt.

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

Für Kunden mit Adressen innerhalb Deutschland sind alle Versandkosten inklusive. Hin und Rückversand!

Initially belonging to Fiat, the Spanish brand Seat has been producing its vehicles under the wing of the Volkswagen Group since the 1980s. The takeover was immediately followed by expansion and the founding of Seat Deutschland GmbH. The vehicle electronics installed here largely come from the parent company VW and therefore show similar symptoms to those of other companies in the group. The instrument cluster contains many electronic components that can cause further errors if not handled properly.
