Wie läuft eine Reparatur bei euch ab? Was muss ich tun?

Ganz einfach:

  1. Du wählst die passende Reparatur in unserem Shop aus und kaufst sie.
  2. Danach bekommst du eine Mail mit einem Link, wo du entscheiden kannst, ob du nur ein DHL-Label oder eine leere Box mit Verpackungsmaterial von uns willst.
  3. Du schickst dein Gerät ein – entweder mit deiner eigenen Verpackung oder in dem Leerkarton von uns.
  4. Wir repariere dein defektes InGstrument und schicke es dir zurück.

Repariert ihr alle Steuergeräte?

Aktuell reparieren wir nur das Radio SID, Klima ACC von Saab und das Dachsteuergerät vom VW California

Muss ich das Gerät selbst ausbauen?

Ja, entweder du baust es selbst aus oder du lässt es ihn einer Werkstatt machen. Falls du dir unsicher bist, schau mal auf Youtube, da gibt es oft Anleitungen.

Wie lange dauert die Reparatur?

  • Tacho-Reparaturen und Steuergeräte: Meistens innerhalb von 3 Tagen.
  • Navi-Reparaturen: Etwas komplexer, dauer etwa 1 bis 3 Wochen.

Du bekommst regelmäßige Updates per Mail, damit du immer weißt, wo dein Gerät ist und wann es wieder bei dir ankommt.
