Wie läuft eine Reparatur bei euch ab? Was muss ich tun?

Ganz einfach:

  1. Du wählst die passende Reparatur in unserem Shop aus und kaufst sie.
  2. Danach bekommst du eine Mail mit einem Link, wo du entscheiden kannst, ob du nur ein DHL-Label oder eine leere Box mit Verpackungsmaterial von uns willst.
  3. Du schickst dein Gerät ein – entweder mit deiner eigenen Verpackung oder in dem Leerkarton von uns.
  4. Wir repariere dein defektes Instrument und schicke es dir zurück.

Wie lange dauert die Navi-Reparatur?

  • Tacho-Reparaturen: Meistens innerhalb von 3 Tagen.
  • Navi-Reparaturen: Etwas komplexer, dauer etwa 1 bis 3 Wochen.

Du bekommst regelmäßige Updates per Mail, damit du immer weißt, wo dein Gerät ist und wann es wieder bei dir ankommt.

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

Für Kunden mit Adressen innerhalb Deutschland sind alle Versandkosten inklusive. Hin und Rückversand!

Welche Kosten kommen auf mich zu?

Die Reparaturkosten sind als Festpreis angegeben für unsere Standardreparaturen. Falls die Kosten nach Prüfung höher ausfallen, setzen wir uns mit dir in Verbindung. Wir stimmen alle höheren Kosten im Vorfeld mit dir ab. Du kannst dann immer noch die Reparatur abbrechen und wir berechnen nur die Überprüfungspauschale + Versandkosten. Aktuell sind es 55,00€ inkl. Mwst.

Wer baut das Navi aus?

Entweder baust du das Navi selbst aus, oder du gehst zu deiner Stammwerkstatt und lässt es da machen. Wir bieten keinen Ausbau-Service an und arbeiten ausschliesslich mit Versand.
