Very easy:

1. You select the appropriate repair in our shop and purchase it.
2. You will then receive an email with a link where you can decide whether you just want a DHL label or an empty box with packaging material from us.
3. You send in your device – either with your own packaging or in the empty box from us.
4. We will repair your defective instrument and send it back to you.

Most repairs have a fixed price , which you can see directly in the shop. If the fault is unclear, we will prepare a cost estimate . You can then decide whether you want to have the repair carried out or not.

Yes, you can either build it yourself or have it done in a workshop. If you are unsure, take a look at YouTube, there are often instructions there.

• Speedometer repairs : Usually within 3 days .
• Sat nav repairs : Somewhat more complex, takes about 1 to 3 weeks .

You will receive regular updates by email so that you always know where your device is and when it will arrive back to you.
